对于菜单,厨师的概念非常简单。他说“菜肴的食材都是当地的,采购与各地,我们选择了用“省”蔬菜,如alugbati和sigarilyas为原料,以展示我们食材的独特性和多样性。 
 
沙拉:Ensalada Tagala with duck estofado, smoked kesong puti, and red egg flan with rambutan vinaigrette 
 
汤:Yamang dagat tinola with ground the lapu-lapu meat and the tiger prawns 
 
海鲜料理:Inasal na apahap 
 
主菜:Bistek Manilenya using sous-vide method; cooked with sigarilyas, pink heirloom rice from the Cordilleras and ubod cooked with Davao blue cheese 
 
点心:Classic maja blanca with smoked coconut merengue and lambanog-poached mango
